Hi Timer allows you to create any interval workout with just a few taps. Choose from popular HIIT presets to quickly get started with timers like Tabata. When you need more control, use an advanced template for a fully customised workout.

Announces your intervals

Keep track of your progress while working out with bold, colour-coded intervals. The screen can be kept awake according to your needs, or turned off completely so the timer plays in the background while you’re out for a run. With voice announcements configured, any name assigned to your interval can be read out to you while you exercise - there's no need to keep your eyes on the screen.

Simple to set up HIIT timers like Tabata

Create workout routines with easy-to-use templates. Pick from common HIIT presets or use flexible but intuitive interfaces to create customised timers. Quickly define repeating high and low intervals with the HIIT template, add any number of repeatable intervals to a Circuit, or bring different timers together into a single workout with the Combination timer.

Custom options for intervals

Customise your intervals with advanced options. Each interval can be assigned a different name for each set or circuit repetition, and are also colour-customisable. Interval sounds are configurable per-timer but can also be overridden for each interval. These include a range of sounds and text-to-speech options. Music selections can be added via the Apple Music app, either to play throughout the timer or for each individual interval.
